What can I do for you?
Lina’s sessions are designed around the way you actually use your body in everyday life. Instead of simply moving from one exercise to another, each session has a clear purpose — improving hip and shoulder mobility, developing core control, working on posture, increasing flexibility, or building strength through a greater range of motion.Pilates forms an important part of her training, particularly for developing deep core strength, spinal control, balance, breathing, and coordination. Mobility exercises are then used to work on areas that feel restricted, while flexibility training helps the body gradually become more comfortable at its available range of motion. For clients who spend most of the day at a desk, Lina can place particular emphasis on the hips, upper back, shoulders, and neck — areas that can become stiff with prolonged sitting and limited movement. For others, sessions may focus more on full-body strength, flexibility, balance, or returning to regular exercise after a long break. The objective is not to force the body into extreme positions or chase flexibility for its own sake. Lina’s approach is about creating better movement through controlled exercise, progressive challenges, and a stronger connection between mobility, stability, and strength. The result is a body that feels more capable not only during training, but also while walking, working, travelling, and enjoying everyday activities.
